Cancellation Policy:
Airport Transportation, Point to Point transfers & Private Vehicle Tours with Guide– any cancellations made with less than forty-eight (48) hours notice are non-refundable.
Charter Services - Cancellations made with less than forty-eight (48) hours notice are non-refundable for the number of hours booked. Cancellations with more than forty-eight (48) hours notice but with less than seven (7) days written notice will result in a penalty equal to the base rate for that vehicle (minimum (2) hour charge).
Payment:
Private vehicle reservations require full payment at time of booking. For orders over $1000.00 a deposit of 50% is due at time of booking with the balance due 14 (fourteen) days in advance of reservation date.
There is a 10% non-refundable administration fee for reservations where a full refund would apply based on our cancellation terms and conditions.
Vehicles:
Majestic Tours reserves the right to substitute vehicles of equal or greater value pending availability at time of transfer.
Schedule Changes:
Additional charges may apply for schedule changes.
Force Majeure:
In the event of bookings cancelled due to acts of God, weather, or circumstances beyond the direct control of Majestic Tours full refund will apply or bookings will be rescheduled.
